Harinavi Srijan is sponsoring about 113 children for their education. Their parents cannot pay for their education because they are living below the poverty line. So our organisation has decided to provide them with an education for their bright future. The children of the Kindergarten and those of the school, from the age of 3 to 13, are taken care of from morning till late afternoon, receive a warm lunch and of course everything necessary like school uniforms, books and pens.

Of course every child is supported by Harinavi Srijan but you can support our work with your contribution. You can become sponsor of one or of several children. Such a contribution goes a long way in changing the lives of these individual children and their families, giving each child the skills to make their own way in life and contribute to their community. We are hoping that we can provide more children with an education in the future, who are not getting any education due to lack of money or the uneducation of their parents.

India appears to be one of the world’s fastest growing economies, scratch below the surface and you’ll see the real story of many children living in abject poverty. By sponsoring a child today you can help provide them and their community with access to clean safe water, food, healthcare and an education.

India has the largest number of child labourers under the age of 14 in the world and 20% of children between the ages of 6 and 14 do not go to school. (Source: Unicef)
At World Vision, we believe the best way to change a child's life is to change the world in which they live.

By sponsoring a child in India and giving Rs.500/- per month to charity, you will help to bring about long-term benefits to the sponsored child, their family and community, so they have a chance of a better future.
